Royal Randwick plays host to its first day of the Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival with The Championships Day 1. A day rich in prizemoney, and even richer in history with highlights including the Group 1 Australian Derby and the Group 1 The Star Doncaster Mile.

Day 2 of The Championships features another four Group 1 races including one of Australia’s highest rated races, the $5 million Queen Elizabeth Stakes.
