Grand Final Series Pass Conditions:
Access to weeks 1-3 of the 2020 Toyota AFL Finals Series
Grand Final Series Pass holders are entitled to one (1) ticket per package to a nominated Series Pass match in each week of the 2020 Toyota AFL Finals Series. The ticket will provide the holder with admission and allocated reserved seat to the chosen match. There is no further purchase required through the venue ticket agents.
Ticket allocation and category for Weeks 1-3 of the 2020 Toyota AFL Finals Series
Tickets for Weeks 1-3 will be allocated based on the best available seating at the nominated match during the 2020 Toyota AFL Finals Series, regardless of what category of seating you have purchased for the 2020 Toyota AFL Grand Final. In each week of the Toyota AFL Finals Series you will be notified which nominated match your Grand Final Series Pass package gives you access to. When determining the nominated match, we will prioritize where possible allocating your ticket to a match in the home state of the purchaser, however the AFL retains sole discretion on final match allocations for all Grand Final Series Pass holders. Due to the current reduced capacities of all Toyota AFL Finals Series venues we will not be considering any customer requests for specific matches. Tickets will be distributed directly as mobile or e-tickets, delivery method will depend on the venue’s approved process.
Transferability of Tickets
Strict government COVID-19 protocols have been imposed at all Toyota AFL Finals Series venues. Due to these protocols the AFL is required to maintain a register of contact details for attendees. If you are unable to utilise any off the ticketing entitlements of your Grand Final Series Pass you cannot transfer your ticket/s to a friend, relative, colleague or other attendee under any circumstances. Under no circumstance are any ticketing elements of the Grand Final Series Pass to be on-sold or re-sold or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes without express permission of the AFL. Severe penalties apply for any breach of these guidelines.
Lost tickets
If a ticket(s) has been lost, they will only be reprinted with authorisation from the Grand Final Series Pass holder. A request to reprint a ticket must be addressed to info@afleventoffice.com.au as soon as possible. Once tickets are reissued, there will be no circumstance in which the original ticket(s) will be admitted to the match
Wheelchair and carer position or accessible seating
If a wheelchair and carer position or accessible seating is required for any of the Week 1-3 matches, Grand Final Series Pass holders must advise at the time of their purchase of the Grand Final Series Pass. Wheelchair spaces are limited and will be subject to availability.
Standard AFL ticketing terms and conditions
All Grand Finals Series Pass tickets are subject to our standard ticketing terms and conditions: Ticket(s) may not, without the prior written consent of the AFL, be resold or offered for re-sale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. The provisions of the Major Sports Facilities Act 2001 (Qld) (Major Sports Facilities Act) apply to the 2020 Toyota AFL Grand Final at The Gabba. The Major Sports Facilities Act must be strictly complied with in relation to use of your tickets.
